NEW EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING
Below is a snapshot of what your new hire will be walked through with HR. Knowing what steps your employee is working with HR on is helps you as a manager to understand how you can both support and follow along with your new hire to ensure they are taking all of the initiative and steps to become fully onboarded.

Take a look around the site that you are on, ncctkHR. Take some time to review the whole site, but to start, a few specific pages for you to get acquainted with would bee our Team Resources page, Employee Wellbeing page, Benefits, Benefits Resources, Organizational Charts, etc.

Review our Employee Handbook
Click here, and review the North County Christ the King Employee Handbook. Included here are our values, purposes, and policies amongst many other important information about being on staff here at NCCTK.

Add Our Company Google Calendar
Click this link to add our Company Google Calendar to your Google Calendar. Stay up to date with all of the main events happening at NCCTK up to 3 months in advance.

Complete BambooHR Training Videos
Clicking here will direct you to our BambooHR Training Videos. Please watch all of these videos to ensure that you are fully trained on navigating BambooHR, our Human Resources software. You will use BambooHR to clock in and out, request paid time off, complete company trainings, and more.

BambooHR
Check your email. An email has been sent to you with instructions on how to set up your account. Click on "My Info". Fully fill out the following tabs: personal, emergency, pay info, and benefits. Finally, upload a profile picture.

Sign Documents & Mark Off Completed Tasks
While still in BambooHR, click the inbox button at the top right hand side of your screen. Sign all documents. Mark off the tasks that you have completed this far. There is also a task to fill out your staff t-shirt form.

Complete Company Trainings & Membership
While still in BambooHR, click "My Info", then "Training". Complete the trainings listed. These will include safety trainings, love & apology languages staff training, and a membership application. Review the NCCTK Membership Pamphlet here. Membership is required for all employees at NCCTK.
