Kurt has been at NCCTK for more than 20 years. Other than shepherding the church, he manages most of our managers and oversees Tech, Children's Ministry, Worship, Kendall, and Care & Connections.

Kendall Pastor

Bill is our Kendall Campus Pastor. He oversees the Kendall Staff Department and the volunteers there. He shepherds the Kendall attenders very well. He has been with us for 4 years now.

Youth Pastor

Matt has been with NCCTK for 7 years. He pastors Youth Ministries which consists of a middle school program and a high school program. He also manages the Youth Ministries Department.

Worship Pastor & Studio Manager

Joel has been with NCCTK for 18 years. He is our Worship Pastor as well as our Studio Manager. We are extremely thankful for everything that Joel does for our team.

Connections & Care Pastor​

Ramona has been with NCCTK for 10 years. She is the pastor of Care & Connections and cares for the adult attenders that attend here and so many of our volunteers who make our church feel so welcoming on Sunday mornings. 

Middle School Pastor

Isaiah White works in the Youth Ministry Department with our 6th-8th grade students. He moved about a year ago to Lynden from Oregon to pour into these students! We are so excited to have him. 

Director of Human Resources & Admin

Denice is our Human Resources gal! She has been with NCCTK for almost 15 years, and is responsible for all of our employee's wellbeing. She manages the Admin Department, which includes Reception.

Director of Worship & Short Term Missions

Becky has been with NCCTK for 14 years. She is the director of worship at NCCTK, and has a heart for Short Term Missions. She recently helped lead a trip to Cambodia with Pastor Kurt!

Director of Women's Ministry​

Michelle has been with us at NCCTK for 10 years. She runs and maintains the Women's Ministry at NCCTK. She manages staff in the Women's Ministry Department as well. Michelle is awesome!

Director of KidsPlace​

Dawn has been with us at NCCTK for 16 years! She is our Kids Place Director- meaning she is in charge of our K-3rd grade children's ministry! She manages the Children's Ministry Department and she shepherds the K-3rd.

Director of Early Childhood

Jessi has been with us at NCCTK for 10 years as our Early Childhood Director. She manages all of our Childcare Workers and Blessing Place Staff. Jessi loves the little children who come to NCCTK.

Director of Tiny Treasures Preschool

Jackie is our Tiny Treasures Preschool Director and has been with us for 9 years. She manages all of our Preschool Teachers and Preschool Teachers Assistants. Our Preschool Department is one of our largest departments.

Director of Faclities​

Shaun manages the Facilities Department. He has been with us for 5 years now. He and the Facilities Department are to thank for making NCCTK such a wonderful, clean, and up-to-date place to work! They are always busy painting, decorating, cleaning, or renovating the facility.

CREW Ministries Pastor

Beau is our Director of CREW Ministries, which is serving 4th and 5th graders! He has been with us for 2 years now. He manages the CREW Ministry Department and is in charge of guiding and shepherding dozens of 4th and 5th graders multiple times a week.

Director of Communications​

Julie is in charge of making everything beautiful at NCCTK! She has been with us here at NCCTK for 15 years! She oversees all of the church's social media pages, is in charge of website updates and oversees Graphic Design.

Director of Technology​

Jason is the director of our Technical Department and has been with us at NCCTK for 3 years now. He oversees and makes sure that all of our services and events sound the best that they can sound. He and his team put in countless hours and work hard to make NCCTK sounding great.

Director of Small Groups​

Sara is in charge of small groups at NCCTK. She has been with us for 3 years and has grown small groups by almost 400% in that time! If you have any questions about joining a small group or what joining a small group could do for you in your faith, go talk to Sara!

Blessings Place Coordinator

Lisa is our Blessings Place coordinator and has been with us at NCCTK for 10 years. She handles anything nursery babies all the way to two year olds. She coordinates our lovely volunteers and childcare staff.

Director of Special Events ​

Elisa us our special events director and has been on staff for over 16 years. She handles handles things like our Christmas concerts, guest speakers, Christmas eve services, Envision, and any kind of staff events. She makes sure that everything runs smoothly and looks beautiful.
